Simi Valley has several nice hotels that you can choose from.  We'll set up a group discount reservation for those who will be coming in.

Attire

Casual.  The venue is not heated or airconditioned so check the weather and plan to dress accordingly.

Venue Access

Access to the Barn is mostly level and free of stairs.  The surface is decomposed granite.  Restrooms are handicap accessable and a short walk from the Barn.  The floor of the barn is concrete.

  Will there be any gathering on Sunday?

There is not a Sunday gathering currently planned.  Keep in mind that the Strathearn Historical Park Open House will be an event similar to what we've done on Sundays in the past.  It's a beautiful park where we can sit, play and visit.  Plus we can tour the historical buildings.
